Good job with the stacked TCs, Steve. I like the soft textures of the owl plumage and soft BG contrasting with the sharp eye and sideways glance.
I like the sly look you're getting here Steve... ;-) Nicely composed image with a nice background as well... congrats on a fine image.
Clever play with words in the title Steve. Its pretty evident that he's aware of you, and love the feather patterns and colours. If you have more of him, I would consider showing only slightly more of the body, and adding a tad more BG on top. ( creating more of a vertical crop. )

Love this one Steve. I agree with Stuart's cropping suggestion. I think the comp. is a bit off because the eye is centered from top to bottom in the image. It would be nicer if it was on the higher 2/3 line (does that make sense?)
