Immature Australian Raven

Not sure how well I've done with this one. Just after sunrise by the lake and this fellow landed right in front of me. Was difficult in PP with so much contrast. The dark iris gives it away as an immature, adults have a white iris. I chose to leave the rubbish on the beak for realism.

compo and sharpness looks good here , not ideal BG , If mine I may tone dowm perch

I like the eye contact, sharpness looks good, too. I agree regarding toning down the perch, wish for a bit more head turn toward you and a lower angle might have helped with a more uniform BG.
