1) Cropped image to eliminate the background and create a square comp.
2) In Lightroom, I boosted exposure just a tad and did the same with blacks.
3) Then I also kicked up clarity and vibrance a notch until I liked how the original image looked.
4) Sent the image on into CS4 where I ran it through Topaz Adjust, Detail and Simplify.
5) Back in Lightroom, I found I needed to kick up recovery to return some details to the blues.
6) Voila!
