The new Think Tank Airport TakeOff certainly looks nice...I swear by their products.

You are on the right track as both Think Tank and Gura Gear's Kiboko are excellent bags.
The Think Tank Airport Takeoff is the newest bag from TT, and it is a roller with an excellent backpack harness. However, you mentioned you had a 600, and although you could squeeze a 600 in (without hood) TT recommends topping out at a 500.
You may be better off with a Think Tank Airport Security. No problem with a 600 and loads of gear.
The Gura Gear Kiboko is a backpack only, light weight and great for international travel.
