Wasn't really sure I'd post one this week...didn't really know what to try..this is a photo I took yesterday of a migrating TV, which had just found roadkill. Everytime a car would go by it would fly to this post.
As per suggested, only thing I could think of to separate bird from background was change the levels
I like this, Paul, but think the vulture needs to stand out more from the BG. Since it's roadkill, how about doing the BG in blood red with a B&W TV and perch? Just a thought, maybe something to try. COMP is perfect.
lol..I must have misunderstood theme...thought it should be all one color...TY on Comp, will try out your idea...
Hi Paul, No, you didn't misunderstand. It should be in one color. Nice job on the comp but agree that I would like to see a bit more separation between the bird and the backround...
Nice job w/ the Theme Paul. I think the composition is very nice. I didn't get to see the OP -but looks like you worked it out in levels. Nicely done.
Hi Paul, I like your choice of color. Very nice composition. Personally I would like to see a little more sharpness on the vulture. That might help it stand out from the BG even more.
Nice image and application. I think a little more contrast would make it better. Lighten up the background and bring out the bird. But nice vision.

I knew I didn't have a clue about....mono image's.....I thought
take an image and convert to b&w, then colorize it and "shazam"
you have a monochromic image....lololol...
After using everyone's suggestion's "HERE IS OUR COMBINED IMAGE" :)
