I did my foil lighting treatment and I promise this will be the last one for awhile-I just got hooked on it.
I wish the Loon was turned towards me a bit more-but I feel lucky to have gotten that close to it in the first place. Shot from a canoe in Maine.
I'm thinking of masking back in the breast feathers-I think the filter made the feathers look a bit like sandstone.

Nice image and application Denise.
I'm not a member of the HA club, as I feel there are many angles that fit if the image is right.
I think in this case you wouldn't expect the bird to be looking 90 degrees to the right at the "Birdie"! :D He has more important things on his mind, as he starts his skid across the surface of the lake. :eek: ;) :D

treatment is subtle here and I really like it, esp the distant bg with the bit of concentrated light.
