Denise, Oh wow! That is beautiful. The color of the flower is incredible to start with, but the zoom blur makes it come alive. Did you use two different zoom blurs? One for the blur that appears to zoom up from the petals and another for the rays at the bottom? I would love to know how to do this. I will search to see if you have posted any tutorials. Way cool!!!
Patti, Thankyou, I made a selection of the inside. Then did a zoom blur on the area not selected then deselected that and reselected a smaller center area then zoom blur again at a very low amount>refined the edges a bit.
this is a sweet one young lady....the colors and the variable blur are well done.
wow! Yep, that's what it is, Denise. The colors and the zoom blur makes this outstanding!
Thanks folks for the kind words. I appreciate it.
Hi Denise, I echo the previous sentiments..Good job especially keeping the center sharp. Adds alot to the image!
Beautiful image, Denise. The blur is very nicely handled, with just enough detail retained in the center. The black background really adds to it.
Thankyou Dave and Cindy. I appreciate it.
Like the zoom effect on the flower...nice work, centre focus bang on
Thanks Paul, I appreciate it.
