I like this a lot. Excellent colors and effect. I almost tend to think removing the partial reflection may enhance the image further - IMO.
Hi Bill, Good subject in an interesting pose. I like the backround and the effect.Agree with Indranil regarding the reflection. If this were mine I would crop about half off. I would also wish for a bit more room on the left.
Bill, I love the preening pose. I'm seeing a slight color cast on the bird esp. the head area. I like the effect on the foliage-it has some nice interest. Well done.
Hi, Bill. Very nice pose and detail on the egret, and I really like your pp work with the filters. I especially like the foliage. I might agree with taking some off the bottom.
Nice image and application Bill.
I like the reflection and it helps to balance the image, in my view. Also like the head position in the frame and the border areas.
Thanks for the comments, and I agree on the cropping suggestions. Denise, I don't see the color cast. What color are you seeing? regards~Bill
Hi Bill, I'm on my laptop but I did a color cast adjustment in LR2 it looks like it has green cast. Might be worth looking into.
Denise: I can see it now, especially in the reflection. There is a reason for it, as well. The environment is mainly green, light mostly ambient(overcast) and alot of light scattering off vegetation. Pretty easily rectified. regards~Bill
