CS3 Cropping - No Restrictions option?

In Elements, the Crop presets, in addition to 8x10, photo ratio, etc, include No Restrictions.

I'm new to CS3. In CS3, the only way I see to crop with no restrictions is to select using the rectangle tool and then Image Crop.

Is there a faster way within the Crop tool? Thanks

My PS CS3 crop tool doesnt have and has never had any restrictions, that is no format, size or ratio. Maybe try the clear button?
