I converted this image in photoshop. The first one has been done thru deselecting the individual channels. A slight sepia filter added. I was originally going for a soft focus and was happy with the first one-then I converted it in Silver-efex and now I'm not sure. Maybe I need to get off the screen:eek:
The second one has no filter ,more contrast and was converted using silver -efex.
Which do you prefer?

Both are nice for different reasons, Denise. The first one has a softer feel and the bottom one more intense. I think the second one has more presence in the frame if that helps at all!
Denise, I tend to lean towards the 2nd due to the contrast between the leaf and backround.

Like them both, Denise. The second one has very nice contrast, but personally I think I like the soft feel of the first one a little bit more. Just my $.02!
Like the tones of the first and contrast of the 2nd. Try playing with the different color filters in Silver FX and see if you can strike a balance....

Surely, I am late on this Denise, and Im going for no 2. I like the contrast more, thus popping more than your other version. The veins in the leaf stand out so much better too.
