Dave, Really nice looking image! I like the colors and the light. Great theme image too!!
nice and clean Dave....my fav part is that the shadows color coordinate with the sky
Love the lines Dave, and the oranges and blues together. Well composed, my eye goes all over the frame:)
Great comp and shadows. Sets an awesome mood mate! :)
Now, all you need is Clint turn up on his stallion and say: "Go ahead! Take my hay!" then if anyone tried the horse would shoot them. :D
Thanks Akos, Everytime I'm out west I look for Clint but the guy is always making a movie....
Very nice example of why landscapes don't have to be horizontal. Great composition. Only thing I personally might try is getting a bit more detail in the foreground. Have you tried using the filter and then a history brush with the fade last command? You could use the history brush on the foreground, for example, and then fade last command (percentage slider) and let that area not be as effected as the further back. Just a thought. The image is just fine as it is. Good work. regards~Bill
Bill,Good thought about the history brush but that was pretty close to all the foreground detail I had in the original image.
Dave, gorgeous colors and shadows. I think it would also look neat cropping the top off above the 2 bushes so
you'd end up with a very simple image. I like it now though - it looks like a Georgia O'Keefe painting.:D
