Hey Harold, At first I thought this was a space vehicle that landed on another world. The graduations of color are very pleasing and I like your positioning of the stand within the image. The filter applied gives the image a painterly quality which is appealing. Nice job!!

Harold this totally rocks!!! Seriously...what a striking and forceful image yet, at the same time, it's so peaceful...
The composition and colors are fantastic - love the way the horizon practically glows. I might want to see just a tiny bit more sharpness right around the lifeguard station only but it's beautiful as is.

awesome pp Harold....only critique would be regarding the 2 bright yellow panels
where sun is showing behind guard rails....I think you see where I'm talking about.
They just seem out of place!!
IMHO!

I think you did great here, son, especially on isolating the house from so many photographers :)
It does look like a weather station in the mountains, over the clouds.

hey dave.....those different colored panels, it's a by product of the topaz simplify. that's the one thing i have found that i dont like about the program. i had the same problem before with a lighthouse that had cables running through it making different "zones", for lack of a different word. using the sliders i was able to get all of them consistent, but on this one i was not. as i am sitting here, i think i may have a way to fix it. will try it later. i totally agree. the way it is is not right.
going back and looking again, there are other areas where it did the same thing....look at the steps and a couple of areas left and right of them.
thanks again for all the comments.
