Hi William Lovely composition and centering looks great Might only lower the saturation a bit and selectively sharpen the center (slight)
btw if you do a lot of these around the house get you a diffuser Will allow you to shoot in any light !!!

Very vibrant colors you have there. For this flower, I would prefer to see more DOF. But I think that would also bring in other elements in the background :D
BTW, Al, what kind of diffuser you would recommend? Any specific one?

Hi Desmond I use standard round diffusers about 54 inches in diameter (not 100% sure on size) The fold to about 1/4 of the size and can be mounted on stands or tripods.
Can also get in larger sizes for cover a wider area, like 4 by 12 feet !! Gives perfect light for macro Just place between the sun and subject !!!

I was looking at some of the 5 in 1 type. The only one I could find any specs on said the translucent(diffuser) one was good for 1/2 stop. I don't know if all are like this as they did not say. What would happen if one was to use an ND Filter?
