Well here is another ridiculous attempt. :( I only had my DSLR six months. All done in camer, tried to pan one afternoon, just on dusk.
30D, 24-85mm lens at 24mm, f/4.5, 1/25th, ISO400, full frame. Av mode.

Akos, I think this came out very good. I like the movement and yet you still have a clearly visible head area. I wish the BG lines weren't merging with the head, but it's still an attractive blur!!
Thank you. The lines in the BG are just trees. Today, I am sure I'd try a better overall design. You are encouraging. :)
Akos, I think you did a great job with it! I'm sorry I meant the horizon or ground lines by the face. My first blur images didn't look that good!!! And my horse blur images I have also have merging horizons that I have been called out on-oh well I still like them:)
amazing how you got the head almost motionless at 1/25.....super image
Good base image Akos, it might be neat to add even more of a motion blur in Photoshop.
Thank you Jackie and Dave. I should try the extra pop in PS. :) Thanks for the tip
Well done Akos, I like this very much. It came out perfect...
