this is posted as an FYI for those observing ootb....or using DAP, Dynamic Auto Painter.
The 100% results show detail that ore small web images hide in the reductions.
And it seems the images uprez wonderfully, I have gone 300% bicubic just for a look
This is Cezanne with some Topaz Adjust added......see small inset lower left for original
DAP availabe here for pc, I have no connection.....it's just some sweet software: http://www.mediachance.com/dap/index.html
Dave, I think it is important to note that when using programs like this it is very important to start with a good base image-Some people think if they have a crappy image they can cover it up in OOTB(sometimes you can:))But to obtain results like this you need to use one of your better quality images. BTW Your base image in this one is outstanding !! You achieved superior results both in color and detail. I love the painted look with the Topaz for a punch of color. The eye is perfectly rendered. Well done and thankyou for sharing this and the many other things you share in this forum!!!:D

Thanks for the tips Master Dave. Agreed that the original must be of super quality at most times. I love how DAP renders the BG so wonderfully. Thanks so much for sharing this. :)

Dave, it certainly looks like starting with a perfect image makes a difference. The DAP program is unbelievable!
I just downloaded it (it took an hour because I'm such a dork with things like that) and fooled around with it for
a little bit. Thanks so much for sharing the info with us.:)
