I have a Canon Mk III, 100-400, 28-135, 24-70, group of extention tubes, 580 EX II flash and some other "stuff". Can I fit all of this into a Domke F-2B ? If not anyother Domke shoulder bag suggestions that are not so heavy and big, I as an older lady, can't handle a hugh bag.

Judy,
Look at KATA bags. I love them.

Judy -
Up until recently, I used Domke bags almost exclusively for about 25 years. But I found that their insert system never really accommodated the larger and fatter AF lenses so I was always making a compromise. Domke's biggest bag, their F-7AF, will probably suit your needs but it will be heavy and cumbersome.
I recently purchased a Tenba large Photo Satchel which will hold my Mk3 with 100-400 mounted, as well as several other lenses. However, it may not work for you because you're carrying a bit more stuff than I do. You may want to look into bags by Think Tank and Kata.Good luck in your search.

What you listed should fit, I've carried more in my F2 including two pro bodies and roughly the same lens load. You'll probably want to replace the 4 compartment insert with a 2 compartment one though. That made fitting things a lot easier for me. The hardest problem I foresee is finding a place for the hood for the 24-70. I tend to stack my hoods on the back of my 100-400, but I don't have a hood that's ~3" long other than the one on my 100-400.

Thanks
After much reading I ordered the Domke F2 with the 4 lens insert. I will more than likely get the 2 compartment insert also then I can change them out as needed. Loading up the rv and leaving to go up the Outer Banks, DC and PA before coming back to the Carolinas later in Aug. Can't wait to give the new bag a workout.
