Robert, That is one sweet capture! Maybe a bitof crop on the right since he is landing in might make this image stronger. WOW!! Bob

Incredible timing Dale and excellent color and detail. Congratulations on a superb image.
Robert:
Excellent photo all around. Great technicals, and I really like the look of concentration on the birds face. I have lots of these fellows in my backyard, and this inspires me to try my hand at it.
Thanks for the inspiration and the smile it brought to my face.

Your ss has certainly frozen his landing posture. Great exposure on the reds, and overall nice and sharp. A better perch would have been great, but still very well captured.
super timing, love the colors, congrats.
Certainly beautiful!
Lovely bird and great eye contact. My only suggestion would be running some noise reduction on BG.
Love how concentrated he looks. Nothing to add here, just a nice one.
Terrific pose and BG. Red is not too hot because you can see the detail in the feathers. Check is in the mail :)
Great timing. Love the reds and the feathers.
THis is superb. Love the frozen wings and your timing was perfect. Thanks for making me jealous! (In a nice way of course) :)
