These guys have been back on territory for a few weeks now, but I haven't much time to photograph them. I finally did have a few hours last weekend, and practically jumped for joy when I saw clouds coming in to create overcast conditions:). Although I got some nice calling/displaying poses I really dig this pose so I thought I'd post a non-traditional, non-calling "static" image of this RWB.
Daniel,
I like it. The lighting is beautiful and that bg is so soft and creamy. Lovely.
And the exposure looks to be spot on. Excellent work.

Daniel:
Nice head angle, sharpness and exposure, with good details in the blacks. It is amazing how much like these guys suck up. I like the composition with room for him to stare into.
Will the color come up in the wing flash later, our is this a younger bird?
Cheers
Randy

Great detail in the eye and beak. Nice angle on the pose. BG color goes well with the subject.

I like the lookback pose, soft light and BG, the fanned tail adds to it.

Excellent exposure on the blacks Daniel, and this is nice and sharp. I feel a vertical crop would also work, and what a killer BG. Great capture

Dan I love the exposure and pose in this image. I hope to get out tomorrow morning to try my hand at some RWBBs.
