Cool pose and eye contact. I would run NR on the BG and remove the shadow on the right that probably belongs to another bird. You could crop a bit off the left to get the bird out of the center. Was the high ISO setting an accident?
The shadow on the right could be removed but was a little too complicated. Yes the high ISO was an acident, the sun suddenly came out during a sequence of shots.
