Nice to see the bird in its habitat, though a touch busy. I would apply a little more sharpening. :)
Agree about the sharpening and the snow appears to have a color cast. Interesting to see these guys in snow.
Cool setting. Looks pretty sharp but the face could go sharper. Best thing about it? The perfect choice of perspective. Neat seeing this species in the snow. I like that you got the whole shadow and the virtual feet all in the frame.
