My Mountain Bluebird took off from its perch and I was able to stop it. This image obviously has a very busy bg--I tried many ways of cloning out and trying to hide it all--but in the end I have opted to show it how as it was. I diminished the contrast on the bg a bit. What a beautiful bird. It is out of its area here in the Seattle area--so a rare sighting.

A very pretty bird indeed. Sharp, I like the lighting, with just a little backlighting causing some fine transillumination of tail feathers and wing. The angle of the bird looks good to me :).
I wish the back wing was in a higher position so it showed better and didn't merge with the beak.
re: the background, yes it is busy, but I think a crop up from the bottom would remove some of it and perhaps help a bit.
Thanks for sharing this beauty. Always fun to see a rare one in your own area.

Hi Bonnie I like a lot and you made a fine image.
The main thing I can see is cropping from the bottom.
Agree with points made by Randy (great comments)...... I like it a lot !! Sweet !!
