Started with an image of some blooming reed plants. Applied a fog filter, converted to sepia tone in SilverFx Pro. Tweaked the color and levels a bit in PS.

Kerry, You know I love this! Neat effect w/ the filter and the color tones work for me-I would like to see some separation from the BG with the 3 large feathers top middle right(where the large white area is) I think this is very creative and interesting! Well seen.
cool rendition. I'd darken some of the light grays some to denote more contrast with the whites....
I'm not sure if it's all the white space between the reeds in the middle but my eye instantly went to this section of the frame:
