Wasn't sure where to post this one, but I think OOTB is right...
Selectively bumped up the red saturation on the finch and toned down the colors on the bg and perch.
Does this work for anyone? :o

It works for me Kerry,
I like it as presented...:D:cool:
Kerry, The BG colors are great! Love the branches and their tones,my personal preference would be w/ a slight head turn toward the center -but this is still a very nice image and I like your composition! I also like the added saturation to the bird-Well done Kerry!!! I like it alot!!!!
Kerry,
I really like the composition and exposure you selected.
The image looks over-sharpened. Was this a large crop?
Perhaps a different sharpening method might work. This image is worth the try.
Once I down size I make a background layer and run 2 or 3 passes of Smart Sharpen @ 50% Radius .3
If you over do it, just slide the opacity slider to taste.

Aye, Captain. Here's a softer version with a bit of blur tool on the tree parts to help emphasize the bird. Used your suggested settings with three passes, then 67% opacity. Thanks for the help, it does look nicer to me. ;)
Does work Kerry !!! The red sure helps here !! Suggested tweaks did make a difference !!!
Kerry, here he is converted to a black and white image with the bird masked off so the color comes through. I also did a screen mode layer on the background to lighten it up a bit.
Julie, very nice changes! Exactly what I had in mind for this image. Thanks!
