I put this image here rather than Avian because of the colored reflection. The reflection came from a boat nearby and was obviously unnatural. Comments would be appreciated if you feel the reflection overpowers the duck or it compliments it...or anything else
Dave, I like it!! The colors reflected in the water sure do have a patriotic look! The colors definitely over power the duck but that is okay-too many images just follow suit and don't stand out as unique-this one does!!!Well seen and interesting!!!
Even though the red ripples in the water match the color of his eye, I would desaturate the reds and the blues in the water so that your duck can stand out...:cool:
Hey Gus...Actually I have many shots of this type of bird in natural settings(which you didn't know) but I was curious if the image was worth salvaging. This image might be best playing with and see what effects might work best to give it a different look....
