Iguana

Shot at Long-key the other night- Went into cs4 IMAGE>ADJUSTMENTS>POSTERIZE, then punched up the colors a bit in LR2.

I love it...It looks like we went back in time to the era of the dinosaurs...well done Denise...:cool:

Denise, what stands out in my mind when looking at this image is the juxtaposition of the real and the surreal. I can see the sharp image of the Iguana under the posterized colors, which makes him seem real, but then the surreal colors take over and make me think of "Land Of The Lost". I used to own two large Green Iguanas and one of them was in the Cheech and Chong movie "Nice Dreams", where Stacy Keach turns into a (my) lizard. ;):D

Kerry's right on the money. I was thinking the same thing but not quite sure how to say it. You know its real but then you see the unreal effect and that takes your mind some place else...but then it knows its real so it switches back...very cool!

That tongue is kinda creeping me out! :eek:;):eek:
