I added a liquid treatment to the eye and then a lens flare. The script was added with the type tool.

Denise, that is a total crack up! I immediately thought of the Michael Jackson thriller video where they zoomed in on his eyes and they had those funky contact lenses in that made them look like he was turning into an animal. This is really original and a great way to see who's paying attention!
