Our local paper had pretty much the same article in it.. However, after last weeks temperatures here in Central Florida, I am not that concerned about Global Warming. I am sure the photographers in Wisconsin and Minnesota agree, brrrrr. Besides another 40 years isn't going to matter to me.. :-)

Climate change has happened for infinitum and birds and animals have adapted accordingly. Nothing new here other than the global warming "Marketing" hype/pitch....
I did a search yesterday and found a page that showed temp shifts over a 425,000 year period, and like you say this appears to be normal.

Yup! For every ice age there had to be a following global warming period. Still, I sure wish we weren't destroying the rain forests and coral reefs and the like. We don't need to add to it.
