It looks like you're really enjoying the combination of 800 f/5.6 and 50D. Love the outstretched wings and the striding pose. Light looks perfect. I might add a little canvas up top, but that's about it.
Beautiful light, great pose and eye contact. I would try to get more details in the shadows.
Love the action captured and the beautiful light. Perfect head/body angle as the bird is facing slightly toward you. I'm OK with the crop as is.
