Great pose and good lighting. I love the cocked back head position. I would love to see the rest of the reflection but this may not have been part of the original file. Good job I love this one.
I darkened the BG a little and played with levels a little bit to add a little more contrast to your photo. I think that the adjustments help the bird to stand out from the BG.

And no the whole reflection was not in the original. In the original the other side of the bath was just below were the bottom of the image is now.
