Like the wing position and the sharpness. The light area in the BKGR behind the bird and just above its feet is a bit distracting but not much to be done about that. Working large, paintind a Quick Mask of the pupil, and darkening it would increase the appartent sharpness. And maybe de-SAT the iris.
Nice wing position and detail. BG is good for this one. Gives a feeling of motion to the image.
You could crop a bit above to eliminate the thin brown band at top, and would also apply some noise reduction to the BG. As noted, nice wing position and sharpness.

Great pose and angle, the soft light works very well here. Maybe just a slight crop off the top as Daniel suggested.
