HI Jim The overall colors are a lot better than the previous !!! You are doing just fine with your processing and no need to shoot anything but RAW !!!!!
I'm with Alfred this is super beautifully captured.....
Excellent exposure and detail. Bluejays certainly make very attractive images. This one looks good. I only shoot RAW.....don't even give it another thought. Well done.
