Excellent! No nits except for a bit more room to the right and at the bottom, but light and pose as exposure and detail are terrific! Congratulations!

It's a nice flight shot to be sure! However the black point is off and it looks a little washed out. The primary feathers should look more black, not grey. Otherwise a nice looking image!
