Electric Leaf

I took a leaf and applied an electric effect thru the gradient map

Denise, can you explain more how you did this? I'd be interested in trying this one myself!

I took the photo into cs4 I went into adjustments and clicked on the gradient map-then went thru the diff. ones avail. however if you don't go back to orig.it keeps adding to your new color and you can end up w/ alot of neat or crap stuff! Then I go to the contrast and adjust -

Really great effect. I like how the leaf still has dimension

this is very creative. I'm just wondering how it looked in color with the effect ....wonder if it is more radical ...

Michael this is the best I could do w/ color. This is effect is new to me so I'm still working on it.
