I liked the composition of this, but decided it needed a filter. I used the paint daub filter.

Joanna, I like the composition as well . I'm not crazy about the color choice but well executed as always!
Love the COMP but I am with Denise on the colors. Best I can say about them is Yuck! Can you totally change the colors???
Artie: I tried, but didn't find any that looked good. But, I am not so experienced at Photoshop.. Can anyone else find something that works?
I agree with the others...the colors are really not attractive but the comp is so nice! Did you try to change the colors before or after you did the technique? I think if you tried it before it would make more of a difference.
I'd try a hue adjustment on the original and see if that gave you any different results.
I am having trouble changing the color -- here one that I changed.
I like the colors, I guess we all have different tastes. I though you had used Posted Edges by the look of the BG.
Here's changing the Hue in Hue/Saturation.
Fabs: Thaks for trying to play with this one. I tried all of the hue changes. I wasn't excited by any of them. Here is the original...it is really a funny green-brown color in nature. I am not too bothered by the original colors.
I have to go with the last rendition !!! Has been a fun series !!! :)
