Very nicely done! I really like the added sharpness from the flash.

I hate to go against the pack but I don't like this all that much. Personally, I think it's the flamingos on the edge with no heads that bother me but it's also the lack of focus in the center. I like the technique and see what you were going for but the image just doesn't do it for me. All a matter of personal taste I guess...

I like it a lot Rosl The colors sure make a difference with zoom blurs If anything would have liked some separation with the birds to the right of center !!!

Now we are talking! I like the 3D effect provided by the light, very lovely.

Julie: I could clone out the cut-by-half- birds in the right lower corenr. Do you think, this would help?
I found it really difficult, to check the right composition.
And as I am a beginner in that zoom technique just fired some shots and had a look at the results...
