Need Advise or Source for Use of T/S Lens

I have given in to my desire and ordered a Canon 24mm t/s L lens.

I'm going to hit Maine in a few weeks and there's a lot of lighthouses out there. I want to avoid tilting lighthouse effect or key stoning that you get from use of wide angle lenses.

so as I've never used one of these babies, any suggestions from those who have one of these?

Mike its just like a view camera less but with limited movements.

For keeping the Lighthouse straight you only need to keep the camera parallel to the building and tilt the front. With shift you can move the entire coverage up/down. The exciting part will be the dof Would suggest looking at large format information. All will apply !!

Let us know how you like it. I have owned TSE lenses a few times in the past. Be sure to try the old commercial photography trick of setting the shift and tilt to parallel (in the same direction). This gives you more flexibility with the effects.

For 10-15 yrs these were the lenses to have for photojournalism and commercial photography for the out of focus field effects.
