TERRIFIC, I love the BG, the light the colours and the sharpness, this is one good looking bird, I even love the perch! Congratulations!
What a beautiful looking bird!! The colours are amazing. I love the perch too, but two things bother me about it: the small upright bit obstructing the front toes and touching the belly...and how it shoots straight up multi-pronged from above the bird. Otherwise this is quite spectacular - the bit of seed in the bill is a nice touch! :-)
Oh, this bird is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful pose and nice clean bg. Crisp detail and good composition. Which gold diffuser do you use? Another outstanding image!
Thank you all for your comments.
Linda asked 'Which gold diffuser do you use?'
I used a Stofen Gold Omni at fec +1/3 evaluative, see http://www.stofen.com/Info/index.htm
Beautiful bird. I agree with Daniel about the perch bits although the main part of it is interesting. Nice use of flash as well.
