ID Help?
Hi everyone,
i just came back from my 2 weeks visit to the South of Florida.
on the Florida Keys at Bahia Honda State Park i photographed those 2 birds, but as i don't know anything about the american water-birds, i have no clue what it could be.
So I need your help.
Here is the pic:

Hi Sebastian, my guess is Least Sandpipers. They show yellow legs, dirty breast and fairly short bills. Dan Brown

I would agree with Dan. I think the yellow legs are diagnostic for a small peep like this.

I also would say least sandpipers.

I agree, they look like Least Sandpipers. Calidris minutilla

Yes to least. And they are both adults. What month were they photographed in?
