Really nice shot Bruce. Has a really nice silky smooth texture.
I might be tempted to darken the highlights just a little.

Love the silkiness of the water, rocks are very carefully balanced. Kudos!!!
The slow shutter speed did it for me !!! Might try tweaking local contrast for more pop !!!
A great capture Bruce. Excellent feel to it. Only nit from me is I would have preferred less light in the background and to see more of the horizon.

You could haved passed this one off for a frozen pond with fog rising off of it! Well done on the slow shutter speed effects.
