You have nice pose with your flamingo. It could use a little sharpening. The head doesn't seem as sharp as the rest of the image but 1/60 ss probably wasn't fast enough to stop the movement of the head. If you have any room left at the bottom of the original image you might want to put it back to prevent the feet from being cut off or at least have "virtual room" for them.

I like the color and preening pose of the Flamingo. I wish you either included the feet as Lana suggested, or cropped higher to crop out the leg band and tighten up the comp a bit. I would also clone out the little bright bits of stuff falling.
Good suggestions by Jim and Lana. The bird definitely needs more room above it. If you first darken the pupil, and then selectively sharpen the bill and the face, this one will look a lot sharper.
