I really love the colors,pose,details and the killer bg,big congrats pepe!!!
Quite lovely and quite sharp. Love the raised wings and the raised foot. The wide light streak behind the bird is a bit bothersome. If it were mine, I would lighten the iris just a bit.

Great light and pose. I would give it more room on the right and remove the sheen on the bill. I also wish for a bit less motion blur, ISO 400 might have worked well in this situation.
I am no expert but I like the motion blur. Love the pose.
