This one reminds me of a image Richard Ditch took about a year ago I think. You did well getting 3 in a frame.Water drops and heads fairly sharp too. Nice reflection. Perhaps the junk in the water behind them could be cleaned up, if you so desire that is. Thanks for posting.
I like the different poses and setting and would prefer a lower angle. You could sharpen the birds a bit more and do some CW rotation. Thanks for sharing!
I would correct the horizon a bit and try to save those hot whites, other than that, very nice shot! Congratulations!
Along with the other comments above I would also run a noise reduction on the water to remove some artifacts and maybe a boost in color like this with viveza
