My battery pack (flash) met with disater this evening and is ruined. A wave swept over us and it got soaked.
It is (was) a quantum turbo (the small one). Never really worked properly from the start.
What would you recommend for a replacement?

If you use Canon, I'd recommend the Compact Battery Pack CP-E4. It's about $150 at B&H. I sold my Quantum turbo pack and got the Canon Battery pack as it was so much smaller and lighter. Works great.

Quantum turbo SC (super compact) is my recommendation, this unit lets me shoot for days without a recharge. The unit is less than a pound, is 5x3x1 inches and recharges in 1.5 hours. the only downside is that is costs $400. Uses the same cables as all the other Quatum batteries.
