Hi folks ...
Finally I was able to shoot this little funny critters , after three weeks of endless trials to get good shooting opportunity ... I climbed a roof of a building at my working place and audio was used to get them closer to me . They do not stay long though .... I was not hiding just sitting still in a shadowy place on top of the flat roof , got lucky as I had good light yesterday morning .
Hope you like it

Super Andreas, spot on, wouldn't change a thing.
(maybe if practical or indeed practicable) a more interesting perch would be good.

Thanks Jon ... glad you like it .
I am ok with the perch , it is just the natural twig of a tree ... which was cut off for the most part . Actually no chance to install a perch .... unless I do climb the tree . I tried to get them down closer to the ground , but did not work albeit I know where they do have their nest . On the ground it is just too busy with people , so I got the idea to enter the roof .... and voila it worked on the third day of trial . On the ground I tried for 2 , 5 weeks .... with no real success .

Here is a vertical as an option .... added canvas to top and bottom

I like both versions, although on the vertical I feel there should be more room above than below. Nice that climbing on the roof worked out for you - you gotta do what you gotta do eh! If anyhting I do feel the BG is a bit "electric" yellow, maybe tone that down a bit. But overall very nice.

Thanks Dan ... BG matter of taste I liked it as it was sunlit foliage .

Love both versions. Wonderful bird and images. Ditto Daniel on the vertical crop.
