Hi all, not sure why my Spotted Crake that I posted previously is not displaying now, so I'm re posting it. Processed in ACR and PS. Thanks to Artie for advising me of the issue.

Very sweet and worth re-posting. It looks a lot like our Sora. Love the reflection. Te head is lightly turned away from the midline of the bird's body. That has left the face on the dark side. You might try opening up the dark lores in front of the eye.
with love, artie
Thanks Artie. I'll take another look at that dark section. Cheers.
I love the concentric circles, and the way the water clings o the legs. A higher angle has permitted a better look at the reflection. A few blotches in the water are unfortunate, but not too bad. Good idea trying to open up near the lores.
hi Paul,
I loved it in detail. congratulations. beautiful detail and textures.
Thank you Daniel & Volkan...appreciate the feedback.
Love the reflection! Rails are tough, so getting 'two' of them is a really sweet result. I don't say this often, but going lower would not have been a good idea as you would have lost the reflection!
I might apply a bit of CCW rotation to level the rings on the water, but they're really close as presented. Well done.
Thanks Dorian...appreciate the feedback/suggestion on the ccw rotation.
Good shot, I agree regarding the dark area, good reflection and nice details in the plumage.
Cheers Jonathan.:S3:
