This is one I captured a while ago and reprocessed....I was at my usual place at the local harbour photographing Eider, when this one suddenly popped up to the surface with the starfish, quite close to me....I wasn't expecting it, and the bird obviously wasn't either, as you can see from the 'eye' it saw me, and made off quickly...I did manage a few shots before he made off.... HH....ACR and PS.

Low angle and starfish make for a nice frame. These birds are an exposure nightmare in bright sun, and it looks like you have a hot spot on the shoulder. The bird also looks really yellow. The sun looks really low and warm, but you might see if you can even it out a bit.

Hi Will what a cool shot to get the Eider with the Starfish :5
Brilliant love it .
All looks good to me , including the whites .... nothing blown .
Just your WB is off ... IMHO .
I would process it roughly like my RP
Just one click to neutralize the image , then added back a bit of warmth via the red channel as mask
A real gem and TFS Andreas

Very cool image Will! Love the starfish, low angle, good exposure and nice and sharp! I think the repost is an improvement. Nicely done!!

Unusual image, well caught. It's a little like Volkan's previous image - i.e. a little more exposure helps.

Andreas is the color-correction master. Neat frame.
