Nice work, Kurt. I like the image, nice color palette, feather detail sharp, pure background. Thank you for sharing.
Another strong image. That set-up is really kicking out some great stuff. Beautiful lighting and color. Composition is perfect. Nice!
The bird looks very good indeed, the flower head appears rather loaded with contrast and saturation. A little less saturation and a lowering of highlights helps.... easily fixed (and more effectively) at raw conversion
Purely on a personal level I am not keen on the featureless background... but that is just me.
Hi Kurt ... love everything about it !!!:5
Wish this is mine :bg3:.Would love to shoot hummers one day .....

Hi Kurt. I'm with Andreas here. Only seen Hummingbirds on the TV:bg3:. Must admit though, I would tone down the highlights on the flower.
Love to see a hummer shot like this in natural light. Love it all - pose, wing position, comp, detail. Maybe the very top blossom is oversaturated, but doesn't bother me. Nicely done.
Super cool! Nice feeding pose, great-looking flower. Nice iridescence, and the bit of blue just below the cheek is really neat. If anything I'd be OK with 10-15% more room all around as it is getting a bit big in the frame, but still on the good side of things.
