Niotnsure that you could make it any better. Head angle perfect, Lovely background and a pretty sweet perch. Looks like some sort of grub rather than a worm.

the food in the beak is a cool addition .
Do not see any global cast , what I might do is reducing the blue /cyans a bit .... personal taste . But not globally ....:w3

Looks great. Perch is super cool, and you captured loads of detail on it and the subject. Background is great. Pink and green work well together.
