Just a simple shot of a grey reefie turning in front of me, but I like it over others as we were on a tiny patch of reef which I was able to include rather than just a sandy base with a plain sea background

That's an impressive shot Mike - looks very good indeed , the shark is sharp and I like the pose. I note your lens, I guess you must have been within about 2m of the subject? Good to see other fish in the surroundings along with the reef, it all comes together very well.

Perhaps simple but extremely effective - this is a beauty, Mike. Perfect framing, well exposed and colours are superb. The positioning of subject within the frame is spot-on, well taken!
All works for me as presented, wonderful work!
Kind regards,

This is so sweet. I recently saw my first shark - a Copper Shark - from underwater while shark swimming/diving in South Africa, and I'm envious of the view without cage bars in the way. The direct stare and details are fantastic, and I like the setting with the other fish. The blue in the top half of the frame is so beautiful.
