I could see this without the added vegetation on the left - but man, what detail... the golden hazy feel to this is so sweet. Too bad the eye is OOF. (whaa whaa whaa). It's great.
the veggies look like broccoli hehe too much work to remove them , it was impossible to avoid. I made a larger version with vegetation on both sides I think it looks better but the kite will be too small if I shrink it for web posting.

no 1; it's so beautiful you don't need the embellishment of all the rest of the vegetation.

I would have said the second if the ghostly stems were not there, having said that I think both are excellent.
I am with Jon on the mostly stems being a negative but I like the first one a lot better. The sharpness at HH 1200mm with a big crop is beyond astounding. There has been lots on the a1 on my bog recently.

Thanks Artie but I don't understand your comments re. big crop, the image is about 5000 pixels tall which is quite large and indeed larger than 90% of my WTK images taken in the past 15 years with 20 mega pixel cameras bodies mostly.Quote:
